any boat built in the 70s would be suspect - the problems stemming from 
several reason but as far as the interiors go, rain leaks from windows and 
hardware and leaks from hull deck joining pus leaks from the cb trunk where 
it was poorly "fused" with the bottom opening in the hull keel, resulted in 
lots of water being left inside boats before owners got around to bailing. 
Very early boats (built in KS) even had wood cockpit floors !
