Ed,
As long as you mention 'This Land' did you ever hear the 'long lost verse'?
We're not sure if it was written by Woody or his kid, Arlo, but it goes like
this:

As I was walkin' I saw a sign there
And on that sign said 'no trespassing'
But on the other side it didn't say nothin'
THAT side was made for you and me.
