[Rhodes22-list] Barney's water

The cockpit cover I had made solves these problems.  I had it 
made primarily because I am mooring in Monroe Harbor, with little 
or no chance for dockside cleaning or maintenance.  The cover keeps 
the boat clean and dry, with the extra pain of 5 minutes of setup and 
takedown each sail.
