In Greenville, SC, it means an inch or more of frozen ice on the roads.
Not slush or snow, ice.  Good weather for orthopedic surgeons.
Guarantee of broken bones from falls on the ice.   At 8 AM temperature
was 31 so prospect of melting in a couple of hours are good.

Be careful what you wish for. This is day three of not being able to
leave 
our house and it ain't looking good until around noon Wednesday.

bright side, this storm is about to deliver ten inches of snow to your
