Gil,
	I use USAA, I had no problem with the declared value of a
recycled, even though it was more than twice their book value.  I had to
explain to someone that it was being purchased thru the original
manufacturer and that GBI warranted the hull.  The lady made some
special comments to explain the value.

	I decided on BoatUS as well, I tried USAA but they would not go
for
the named value of a recycled Rhodes22.  BoatUS insured for the full
purchase price, have been happy with their magazines that go with the
insurance, and they have a trailer "club" package as well.
