Bob,
Just to clarify what Ed said - there is nothing new about LectraSans, they
have been around for quite a while. What is new is using them in a small
boat like a Rhodes 22. They, like other marine heads, are typically found
on larger cruisers. A possible source for more information is the
sailboatowners.com website. Peggie Hall, an expert on marine sanitation
(who used to have some sort of professional connection with the folks who
make Lectra Sans) is the guest expert on a forum there. If you search the
archives of that forum using the search terms "lectra san" (make sure you
spell it as two words) you''ll get quite a ffew posts. This URL should take
you to the page for the Head Mistrress forum:
http://www.sailboatowners.com/forums/menunew.tpl?fno=451

They also have discussed portapotties on that forum. You'll probably have
to search the archives using lots of different spellings to find a good
sample of postings.

Ed, can I count this as a reference question? ;-)
