[Rhodes22-list] Mast Height?

For sure.  I don't remember exactly how I came to the number, but I remember
deciding in some pseudo-scientific manner that I needed 35' of clearance for
mast and antenna.  I might have a couple of extra feet there, but then
again, I don't want to be within two feet of the bridge.  

The lowest bridge I've gone under without an opening showed the water mark
at around 42.  It seemed like it was going to be real close until I got
right under the bridge.  Then it was clear that there was plenty of room,
but I'll tell you that thinking there's a chance to bump the bridge will
make you nervous.  Get the tender to open it for you, if only for the peace
of mind.
