[Rhodes22-list] Rhodes22 Mailimg list

This list is configured to arbitrarily drop without notice all but 4 (?)
types of attached files.  You must not be sending one of the blessed types.

I understand dropping executable types, as a necessary defense against
viruses, but .TXT files ?    Oh well, it's not my list.
