Thanks, Jim, I'll stand corrected on that.  I can sympathize with teachers
up in arms having to prove themselves.  It happens over and over.  I was a
music teacher and nobody gets that more than the arts teachers.  We're
always the first on the chopping block.  I got really sick of it.

I'm the first to admit the schools are in deep doo-doo, but I want it fixed,
not dismantled.
