I run a standard rig.  I have a downhaul at the mast
that I simply hook into the first or second reef
point. I also have a hook on a piece of about 4 foot
rope that I hook into the leach reef points.  Then
tighen the main halyard and use a couple of sail ties
to draw up the center of the sail and tie around the
boom.  Very simple process.  Takes about a minute or
two to reef; faster is I put my beer down:-)
