[Rhodes22-list] In Praise of Porta-Potties

Jerry,
Rik Sandberg from MN keeps his boat here and visits in the
off season. Lighthouse Landing also has nice new cabins complete
with Hot Tub should your wife need comforts.
Your Jonquil is quite a NEW boat to me. Seems like yesterday the
Wards were here. That is one fine setup. All at our marina will
be googling over your boat! You could do a test run without the
boat. You could sail with or without me on my boat. Just write!
Had a few folks from Cinci here last week for the 50 miler race.
Anne

Anne, Sail all winter? KY Lake? I live in Cinti and just started my sailing
adventures with a recycled 1999 Rhodes 22 from Stan. Picked up my boat in
Sept., but did not get in the water. I plan on sailing summers at
Brookville Lake, IN. about 50 miles from home. But Ky Lake sounds like it
may be the place to sail after Brookville Lake drops its water level each
Oct. Extended sailing is possible from your Marina (lighthouse landing)?
Perhaps I will sail KY Lake the latter part of each year.

I missed your gathering in Sept. But will not miss next year. You may know
my recycled boat from a previous owner as "New Song", the Ward family. Now
a new boat to me with a new life, renamed "Jonquil".
