[Rhodes22-list] List Administrator See All

I'm sure you could find a group of veterans to denounce Bush too, but he
wasn't over there.

Actually, I don't care about Bush being missing in Alabama any more than I
do about Kerry's service record. I don't think what these guys did 30 years
ago matters a lick. I don't want to be judged by decisions I made in my
20s, and that was only 10 years ago!

I am certainly not knowledgeable about Kerry's career in the Senate. But,
his constituents thought he was doing enough to keep electing him, so he
must have been doing a good job, in their eyes.

I think you've bought into the myth that Democrats want to be soft on
terrorists. I don't think that holds water. I voted for Bush the first
time around partially because I thought Clinton was spending too much time
policing other countries. How would a Democratic president handle the
post-9/11 world? None of us can really say.

Anyway, my main point was that asking veterans to defend their medals is a
bad precedent. Really bad. Think about it in the context of a WWII
veteran. Doesn't it piss you off?

Ben
Why are all those veterans saying that Kerry did not
earn them. Also, not the swift boat but a whole new
group are having a get together this weekend to
denounce Kerry.

Kerry has done nothing is his whole career as a
senator to help protect this country. He spent more
time protesting the war than he did fighting in it.
He have voted against every major weapons progran that
has made this country a superpower over the last 20
years.

Bottom line, the man cannot be trusted to defend this
country against terrorests or rouge nations. And
please keep in mind, the terrorist hate democrats just
as much as republicans.
