  Sean, Steve, Todd,
Oh the druggery of going to my boat yard on beautiful sailing days
when I could be .. working in an office with stale AC... or stuck in
traffic doing my other job!
Oh the heartache of not being able to find the right part because
my boat is so old, but also knowing that with a little bit of
knowledge and creative researching you CAN find almost anything you
need to make a rough boat shine like new. Sailboats can be revived,
and for some of us its the PLEASURE of knowing every inch of our new
"sailing mistresses" so when she is bending sail again, maybe just a
few months later, we can say, "yeah it was worth the hard work."
or not, in which case you still got a boat to sail after a few
thousand hours of toil and spread out the cost over a period of time
that you can afford.
  Lou
