nothing special, yet another group trying to sell wifi access, basic a revenue split with marina and a investor group, the idea is 
they will install the wifi and sell the people and give the marina some money for installing equipment. Bottom line, most are 
charter 11 waiting to happen, coverage is mostly BS and spotty, and In alot of cases you might find free wifi. OTOH you in their 
area and want wifi you will pay up. Thier are other methods if you real want to speed that type of money.
