[Rhodes22-list] 113 reason why you need to keep a boat's ends light

 From discussions on other lists and bulletin boards - this area is a known 
hazard on the south side made even more hazardous at ebb tide - note all 
the surfers. In the background of some of these shots, you can see boats 
transiting the area under the bridge with no difficulty.
