[Rhodes22-list] Rummy going north....

How painfully true your addendum is. My former airplane partner (we owned a
Grumman Traveler and Tiger together) moved up to an Aerostar. He took off
from a mountain strip in western PA after major engine work, lost the right
engine and spun in trying to return to the runway. A sad and foolish waste
of a life. SS

Where are you going to sail in Pittsburg? White water canoe or
canal boat maybe, but sail boat?
Now who sails on Lake Erie or Ontario? We have a couple on the
list. Maybe just a drive further north, hope that the ice burgs have gone
down the St. Lawrence Seaway.

Addendum: "When one engine fails on a twin-engine airplane you always have
enough power left to get you to the scene of the crash."

Ed,
Rummy leaves Sunday for Pittsburgh. I'll be back the middle of next week
sometime.
