Bill,

You are always welcome to make a pit stop at GB on the way down and even to 
spend the night at the luxurious GB plant guest apartment but
There is no way we could get to do any work on your boat this late in the 
building season.  Nell cancelled because we were taking too long..

If you survive your southern adventures, leave it here on the way back 
north - by then it may really need a make over.
