Rummy,
  I just spoke with Heather at YachtSalvage, the company listed on eBay.
She assured me that they have the title.  The yard here in Melbourne 
does not have/hold the title.
Heather said YachtSalvage would not sell a vessel if they did not have 
the proper documentation.
