Hey Rummy and any Thermally challenged Folks,

Here is a great Rum recipe! Don't know it has a real name but we call it a
New England Toddy. It was the major fuel for October and November sailing
on the Chesapeake. The follownig is all to taste so you may have to make
several batches to get it right, usually the last one is the best.

Take a couple cups of cranberry juice, add some maple syrup (or honey if you
prefer) heat the concoction up to simmer with a stick of cinnamon or two and
add as much rum as you dare. Immediately decant into a preheated thermos
for nautical transport. (do this quickly so as not to loose certain
volatile liquids.) Drink in a responsible manner. Your behavior, on the
other hand, may not be so.
