Bryan:
	When you pull the boat out of the water, you tighten up the line on
the winch and the boat slides back.  My solution is to back the boat back
into the water and bring it all the way forward a second time.  
	Since the line on the winch was tighten the first time, the second
time only slides back a inch or so.  This gets the boat to that forward
position we all want.
