[Rhodes22-list] Heading South on Saturday

Well the Rhodes is packed up and sitting out front of my Michigan home and ready to head south to Florida.  The coating of the dingy floor board with the West resin came out just great. There was a lot of sanding.  I haven't put the final coat of paint on it but that can wait until spring.  

I packed all the gear in the V birth area and it trailered OK when coming down from northern Michigan, even through a winter blizzard.  I noticed that I need some mud flaps on the trailer since the side of the hull is covered with the road slush.

Putting in at Key Largo on Feb 28 after spending a month in Fort Myers with my non sailing wife.  Will send pictures.
