[Rhodes22-list] Rudder Clutch

Slim,

I don't have time right now to write it out, but I'm on another computer 
that has more back correspondence on it.  I will post several responses 
to this topic from different people, all with the heading Rudder Clutch.

Again, if no one nails it for you, just speak up.
