[Rhodes22-list] Rudder pin

Mark,

I'm not looking at it, but if you are asking about this bolt, it seems 
to me that there is one of four "missing" in normal use.  If you insert 
the bolt, the newer rudders will not go all the way "down" which is 
actually slightly forward, and the helm will lose the "power steering" feel.

If you insert the bolt while the rudder is up, it will hold the rudder 
in the up position even if the cleat fails.  This is much safer for 
transport, although I normally take the rudder off the boat if I'm 
planning to move it more than a few hundred feet..
