That therapy must be working!  I just received the replacement bearing 
insert today.  Thanks.  That's better turn around time than I get from 
Amazon.  Amazing.

In your note you said "looks like your two doughnuts are installed 
upside down."

I've been thinking about that for a long time.  Do you mean that the 
lower one should be installed above the upper one?  Or that each 
doughnut should be flipped over so that the screw holding the bearing 
insert flange is on the obverse side?
