Michael,

Thanks for weighing in on this. I sincerely hope folks pay attention, too.
All this aggression really puts me off. I don't see any need to 1) call each
other names, 2) attack each other because of our beliefs differ, and 3) be
rude and mean to each other - for example, the recent "I don't know how to
quit the list" stuff - kudos to Phillip for helping the guy out, BTW. I've
often seen stuff like "suck it up", "take it like a man", "you're swimming
with the sharks", etc. but I was taught a long time ago that being a man
required giving a modicum respect to others, not attacking and beating the
crap out of them - that's more bully behavior than adult behavior. I guess
I've been a bit put off for quite a while by the callousness with which
people are often treated on this list - that's why I send out the occasional
"let's play nice, kids" when I think it's starting to get a bit rough.

I am not happy here, What is bothering is the lack of respect others, in
particular their own option. It is one thing to debate sometime in the same
manner as a observer of a "sporting event". But I beleve some people have
the belife here that they are relly are able to change other people option.
I thing that is misguild. I also do not like it when someone is forcing
thier will on others. I thinking the term force is key here. The level and
style that becomes "I know the right path, and I must showm it to you" 
it has reach the point that it over the line. It being a mean spritness and
lack of respect. You will never change thier option so why are you trying
and forceing them. The Tone is depressing. For now all I can do is ask all
side to stop it, a simple test before hitting the send key would be "would
someone be hurt and/or offended", and I do one mean in some type of Potical
Correct maner, more a basic human level.
