Ah Rummy your priorities are always in order. I have found that the gentle
rocking of the boat counter balances the gentle rocking caused by adult
beverages. I am much more comfortable drinking on Watts Bar because I am
very familiar with the surroundings. I love night sailing! Off shore or
traveling new coastal areas I still like a cold beer I just drink them
slower.

On my recent cruise we were a little short handed. When we were sailing off
shore at night I really didn't drink much at all. The nights on the hook or
at marina were a little different. My Uncle was provisioning the trip and he
is a light drinker. I requested red wine, vodka, beer, Baileys. My Uncle
thought I was joking! When we showed up in FL I noticed he had one case of
beer and a couple of bottles of red wine. He had it figured out to one or
two beers a day per person. I quickly threw some cash to Jenny and she
headed out to the store and purchased 4 more cases.

Serious sailing day today. Low 70s with 10 -15 from the NE. Same for
tomorrow. Water temps are dropping fast .....
