Chris,

You won't be able to attach a Word doc.  Why don't you try this:  Post a
series of messages, the first with the subject, "Planning and check lists"
or something.  Then the next one is "Day 1" and attach a few photos from day
one.  Next message is "Day 2" etc.  But you have to paste the text right
into the body of the e-mail and the photos for each day will all be together
at the bottom of the post.

Another way is to upload the whole thing to a web site (if you have one) and
send us the site address.
