Three reasons to be hospitable with your sailboat:

1.  Guests bring rum.

2.  Having company is (usually) fun.

3.  Those same guests can be roped into a day of slopping muck should some
natural disaster strike.

I guilted about 6 people into helping with the cleanup this weekend.  Hopefully,
I can sneak away from the house and start pumping water out of the boat.  Then, I
can start coming to grips with a fall without sailing.

Should be sad, but I really didn't think I would find her at all, so I can't get
too down about it.
