[Rhodes22-list] Wildlife on the Great Lakes

The only Lake Erie whales I've seen are painted on the defunct Cleveland
Muni Power plant on the lakeshore in downtown Cleveland.

Is there any way to attract killer whales to the Great Lakes? They might
be able to control those 50# jumping Asian carp that are expected to
invade from the Mississippi.
