Subject: Todd Z's problems & request for Peter T

Todd:
I do not see any leaks in your pictures.  Maybe you have a physical
problem and should see an Urologist?
I have the sunbrella port covers that CJ mentioned see my attached
picture.
Have you opened the ports and wiped the edges clean?  My ports are
1984’s and do not leak.  As for chain plates needing to be reseated, only if
they are leaking, then use 4200 or a marine flexible sealant (polysulfide
type).
You did such a good job on the first picture of the ports on the
inside, where are pictures of the problematic slider?

Peter:
Your pictures were interesting.  When I went to a single line on my
traveler, I tied them (affixed the line) as the original lines were attached
on my boat as per GBI.  Could you send close up pictures of how you tied
your traveler lines so I can compare.
You mentioned you did this for racing.  I do not race.  However, since
I changed the lines as per Wally’s directions, I use the traveler much
more.  It is definitely easier to use with a single line.  The small
adjustments do make a difference.
