It may be a Stanley innovation.  If it is a Stanley innovation you will not
find manufacturers name embossed.  He makes some nifty things out of that
Black HDPE...Plastic.  Now if a picture was circulating...  The Red recycle
on Lake Jordan may have done last year and if it was that is about the time
he changed the way the bottom line on the Tiller was controlled.  He made a
nice little handle instead of a wing nut to adjust tension under the tiller. 
Maybe that same handle was used to make a tiller tamer?
      Nice bit of expository by Dave explaining the recycle process.  Elton
stuck in Alabama?  Elton usually carries extra bearings with him.  Did
somebody in Edenton steal his supply.  He will be hopping mad...
