[Rhodes22-list] Bow floatation

That is where our batteries and water tank are located.  Seems to be a good
spot for them.

Rob,

If it was me, I'd see if I couldn't find some stuff to store in there.
That space is toward the middle of the boat (away from the ends) and
should be a good place to put something heavy.
