Uh, that's incorrect Ed.  A "hot-key" is a physical key on your 
keyboard (think F1 or Ctrl-C).  What you are referring to is a "text 
link" or "URL".

There is a very useful resource on the WEB that you will no doubt 
derive endless pleasure in referring people to.  It's called 
Wikipedia.  The following link will give you the definition of "hot key" -
