[Rhodes22-list] FW :CB Cleat

I am guessing that only screws hold in the cleat --Perhaps you have tried
this already.. Remove cleat- fill holes in fiberglass with marinetex.. Let
cure completely-- redrill holes with appropriate (smaller) holes for the
screws -- then put screws back in
you could also bed the cleat with an appropriate bedding compound to assure
no water penetration.
I would think that would work
