John,

Of course the feds built the levees, who said otherwise? Did you see 60 
mintues? Nagin knocked on the new levees with his knuckles and announced 
they were ready! I didn't say he claimed the state built them.

Also not sure of your point regarding Nagin's term. He was just recently 
re-elected.....so yeah he has 4 years left. My point was/is I am not sure 
why he was re-elected.....voters sometimes don't always make the correct 
choice. I used Mayor Berry as an example. Are you a fan of his?
