Appears to be IMF. One of the pics shows the sail. It has an '06 
sticker. Even if NY stickers are good for 2 years it was registered 
rather recently. Biggest drawback could be the statement "sold on 
bill of sale" Does NY require boats to be titled? Could be a bit of a 
mess if the buyer's state requires a title transfer. The FAQ about 
the selling organization does say that "all of our items are lien 
free and "do have a title ir transferable ownership document" 
whatever that is - I'd want to find out but as several have mentioned 
- it could be a good deal.
