better than that - I am taking advantage of the president's waived federal 
court rule and having him copying it all .

I do have to be careful about Elliot - he may be a relative and I would not 
want to get him in trouble on a minor state conflict of interest charge.

I would hope that you are copying in Elliot Spitzer on all
communications with these guys.  This must be the nature of New Yorkers.  As
I recall we went thru this type stuff about a year ago.  I guess that they
do not believe that Stan really does follow the list.
Maybe you should be copying Steve Mutart in also.  From what Frone
tells us Steve needs to brush up on his Admiralty Law.
