There was enough interest to indicate it might be possible, but not
enough interest to do it with the boat that was sitting in Melbourne.
Michael is suggesting an alternate approach that could work if it can be
made to pay for General Boats. It seems to me a Demo boat in Miami in
the winter months has a lot of potential for GB, and that those
interested in the idea could grab some sail time in the middle of the
winter at reasonable rates that would more than pay for GB.
First, we've got to find out if Elton is still talking to us, and then
if it has left such a bad taste in his mouth that he doesn't want
anything to do with this idea ever again, since we got him into this in
the first place.
