Slim:  Take a look at this web site: 
http://www.cruisingoutfitters.com/index.html for kellet information.  My 
guess is that someone handy could make themselves a kellet with out too much 
trouble but if you would like one made up this web site will get you one. 
We use one on the Tartan 37 and I believe it has been most beneficial. 
Believe the instructions are to let it slide down the rode until it touches 
the bottom and then pull back up a few feet for best results.
