Luis,

No need to have anyone take a look at Steve's boat.  He is a decent 
person, and knows as much about taking care of an R22 as anyone on the 
list.  His boat will be exactly as he says it is.

Discuss price.  That is probably the most important thing.  He knows 
what his boat is worth.  You know what you can pay.  Drive up prepared 
to buy the boat on the spot, with the ability to turn it down if it is 
not exactly what he tells you it is. 

Ask him what's wrong with the boat.  He will tell you, and he knows if a 
single screw is missing someplace.

We must have pictures of that boat.  Have you seen it?

Steve is 6'6" and slept on board all the time.  He may have made some 
modifications to make that possible.  Ask.
