Stay with Stan.

When you buy his boat, he considers you family.

Since you are also a customer, he sometimes thinks he has to buy you 
dinner.  Try to talk him out of that, and buy dinner for him and Rose.

I've stayed at the fancier places in Town.  Stan's is better, and the 
people are nicer.
