[Rhodes22-list] Install Boom

Thanks to all.

The boom is not attached now, and I'm going to put up the mast first and 
let you know what I think.  I've always done it attached in the past 
because the boom was attached.  Just wanted to make sure there wasn't 
some good reason for not putting up the mast first.
