Dave:
In everyday life things do not have to be explicitly written for the truth
to be understood.  The issues was typically conservative vs liberal and the
article stated only on democrat showed up.  Yes there used to be
conservative democrats, but that time has passed.  However, there are still
liberal republicans and that is why the libertarians are gaining advocates. 
I am sorry that you deny the truth, because only the truth shall keep us
free.
