Rummy,

I totally agree that having cracks in the headliner is a problem. I don't 
think anyone is saying that cracks in headliner are a good thing!  So yes no 
gauge is needed to determine there is a problem.

As to comments about Roger’s sailing abilities..... he did pretty well 
racing his R22. Most of the best sailors I know are engineers so I guess we 
will have to draw our own conclusions. For me his SAILING advice was 
consistent with my own experience.
