Dave,
       I guess you may have discovered that you went to the wrong state. 
You should try, hum, I better not say... but in that state there were
sailboats sailing today..., hum, where could that be?  That is if you can
stand sailing in full sun and 55-58 degree temps..., hum, where could that
be?  Oh, only moderate winds at 5-8 ..., hum, where could that be?
