Thank you, Wally. 

I am being given a WWPotter 19 that unfortunately has
had all manner of creatures (not human!) living inside
for the past few years. 
But her hull appears sound, running rigging needs
replacement but the standing rigging (on a brief
inspection) looks good, with no fishhooks, etc.,cam
cleats and fairleads look good but the turning blocks
need replacement. Working at the marina will help me
defray the costs of repairing & adding a few things.
She & I will relearn some skills while I can find a
way to go to the next step up.

BTW..my daughter is in school not far from
Knoxville...I was just there not long ago moving her &
all her stuff with truck & trailer.......altho' it is
@ a 15 hr drive from here to there....gottta do what
you gotta do...
