R, that might be the case on my boat as well.  I ran out of time and 
patience.  If it were a matter of buying a new pump and screwing it into the 
tank that would be a simple job.  I will look next time out.  Stan if you 
are catching this and you have only used one type of tank/pump setup, you 
can jump in anytime.  Bob
