[Rhodes22-list] Some Greek Sailing

Hmm it is pretty quiet. Perhaps Some Greek, sailing (along). is a better
title. With the new hardrive and the transfer of my old files I came
accross this letter/story I e-mailed to my son a couple of years ago when he
went sailing from Turkey to NW Greece. I retyped a story that I had written
when I was in college in Germany. (I got a "B" for content and "C-" for
conventions). It is a story of when I was sailing over in Greece 30 years
ago and is pretty much unedited except for minor corrections in obvious
mispellings and punctuations. At the time I was sailing an 18 food wooden
Lightning class sailboat. I spent several summers sailing from Naples Italy
to the Turkish border in the boat. I had not shared the story taken from my
journals with my son but felt since he would be in the same area he might
enjoy it. He did. I hope you guys will too. It is a PDF and is a number
of pages long so don't try reading it all in a stitting. The note to my son
Nick holds true for you guys too.
