[Rhodes22-list] Boom Room Update

Building on Bill's comments... thanks to Art for coming forward with a way
to get this done.  Stan has been a little backlogged on mail so we're
waiting to define the next steps.  I'm glad Stan is feeling better and
building boats, and I know we'll hear when he's ready.  Just wanted to
'splain why we went a little dark on this subject.
