Thank’s for your input re the OB.  I’ll put your info in the  maintenance 
schedule.  I think all of that sort of thing will have to wait  until the boat 
is pulled at the end of the season, but I’ll either do it then,  or see that it’
s done then.

Your suggestion re a dealer is a good one.  Actually, prior to DaveB’s  input 
my plan was to find a Yamaha dealer and ask him whether he’d visit the  boat 
and give me a dump as to how to open the motor cowling, operate and  maintain 
the motor, give me a maintenance schedule, identify the manual needed,  etc.  
It may still be a good idea, don’t know.  At a minimum, I’ll  find a Yamaha 
dealer that will support the motor with parts and  service.   I plan to visit 
the boat tomorrow and one of my goals is to  find a dealer or support site for 
the motor either on the marina site, or in the  town (I haven’t really found 
the town yet.  I did find a cross-roads, that  may be the town.).
 
Rummy,    Thank you, you really came through.  I do  have a high speed 
connection to the internet, it worked perfectly.    The manual you sent is the 
document I need.  Thank you.
